1. Create a new file and set the size of the photo frame that we want to do.

2. Create a new layer. Select the linear Gradient tool to make background. Choose a color for the background. Mouse click and drag the color to the desired direction.

3. Cut where you want to see in the picture frame.

4. Add effect to the layer frame format Bevel and emboss.

5. Find flower images. And make it to the background layer onto the top. And cut the same frame. And the percentage of this layer Opacity to 40% . And Overlay.

6. The images you want to add a frame to match the layer below.

7. The shadow effect to the frame.

8. To change the background without doing new. Select the image layer first, then select Menu and Adjust Hue and will change color as desired. Or take pictures of flowers or other cartoon assemble as needed.
